TNO

TNO is the Netherlands Organization for Applied Scientific Research and was founded in 1932. TNO is active on seven research themes, one of which is “Mobility”. TNO activities in this theme involve amongst others providing R&D services in the areas of crash safety, advanced chassis and transport systems, vehicle dynamics and power trains. Involved in the HDGAS project is TNO’s powertrains department, which is working on the improvement and development of vehicle powertrains, including their components, in order to make them more economical, quiet, clean and safe. Within the context of this proposal, TNO plans to work on EAS equipment ageing test methods, specifically for dual fuel applications.
